Born on the beaches of Cornwall. Made to be Slurp'd.
How It All Started
STRAW'D started with a simple idea — what if the best drink you've ever had was waiting for you at the beach? We grew up in St Ives, spending summers on the sand, and we always felt something was missing. Not the surf, not the sun — the drink. The kind of drink that tastes like a holiday. So we made it.
We converted a van into a fully-equipped mobile drinks kitchen, built a menu of handcrafted tropical drinks, and launched our first Slurp Spot at Harbour Front in the summer of 2023. You order online, we mix everything fresh in the van, and drive it straight to your spot. The queue wrapped around the corner by lunchtime on day one. We haven't looked back since.
